Annaleigh is officially out of her crib. We spent the evening dismantling it and rearranging her room, so there's no going back now. It's such a bittersweet thing. On one hand it's another step in the march out of babyhood, which is such a short sweet time. On the other hand, the older they get the more you get to know your child and see the person they are becoming...plus, nobody wants their kid to be stuck as a babyforever . ;) The funny thing about the whole switch is that she decided to do it on her own (we were planning on moving her this weekend). Last night she refused to sleep in her crib, and decided to sleep in the twin bed in her room. I'm optimistic that the switch will go smoothly. She never actually fell alseep for her nap today, but she was in her bed for two hours and only got up once, so I think that's a good sign. Lord willing, we'll have another baby in the house in the not to distant future, otherwise I think I would be a crying wreck right now.
